When her Royal Caribbean cruise ship missed one of its three ports of call, Susan Bradley asked for a refund. What she got was a credit toward another trip. There were other cruises available, but Susan Bradley and her family chose Royal Caribbean International’s Oasis of the Seas because its three ports of calling sounded ideal.

Credit card issuers have reduced lending limits to protect themselves when consumers get in trouble Q I have been paying down my credit cards, and the issuer has reduced my available balance on one. I have had these two cards for more than five years and never had a late payment. Why are they cancelling credit cards and/or reducing available credit on people who are paying their bills on time?
